Zion Timelapse
I say this about every national park BUT Zion is easily my favorite place in the world. The virgin river, red rocks, wild animals and dark skies. It’s just a magical place. Everything about it is just a little bit different than other desert sides like Sedona, AZ or Utah’s other incredible landscapes. These photos were taken just over a year apart. As soon as I left the first time I immediately started planning the milky way shot that followed. The perfect orientation was just over a year away, the milky way to the right of the Watchman mountain and Jupiter and Saturn in tow. This is one of my all time favorite memories and a customer favorite.
