Photographed during an intense arctic storm this is my favorite shot from my journey to the arctic circle. Nestled in the northernmost reaches of Norway is an archipelago called Lofoten where nordic architecture and landscapes are a stunning sight to photograph. Seeing the aurora for the first time was a dream come true but spending nearly two weeks among the intense storms was actually terrifying!
